Erica has over 26 years of experience in the architectural design industry. She joined the George Koper Associates, PA. firm in 2012 and is knowledgeable in all phases of design and construction. Erica prepares and coordinates GKA’s construction documents, and she excels in managing multiple team entities including owners, consultants and contractors. Erica has an extensive background in the design of healthcare facilities including extremely sophisticated projects requiring multiple phases.

Benjamin G. Poffenberger
Project Manager at GKA
Ben has 20 years with George Koper Associates, PA and is experienced in all phases of design and construction. He has worked closely with clients, end users and contractors in the building and design effort, leading the team in developing solutions for their building needs. Ben recently served as job captain on a thirty-million-dollar expansion at Baptist Hospital that included 23 separate projects. He also has an extensive background in the design, renovation and expansion of religious facilities, having served as job captain for the Children’s Education, Fellowship Hall and Gymnasium at Hillcrest Baptist Church.
